# Post This

Posting a manual translation to the channel or DM

Manually translated messages are shown only to the user requesting the translation, whether via the `/translate` command or via a form. In some cases, you may want to then post the translation to the channel or DM and the \[Post This] button enables you do do this without copying and pasting:
