# Account Status

The `Account` button on the [Home Screen](https://docs.translate.technology/features/automatic-translation/home-screen) displays your current plan and the number of characters you have used in the current calendar month.

If you are on a paid plan, the Account screen will also include a button that can be used to **update the credit card number** for your billing account.
