# Cancelling

You can cancel a *paid plan* at any time and downgrade to the FREE plan. To cancel a paid plan, [please contract support](https://docs.translate.technology/resources/contact).

If you wish to stop using Translate, it can be removed the same way as any Slack app.  [The steps can be found at this link](https://slack.com/help/articles/360003125231-Remove-apps-and-custom-integrations-from-your-workspace). **Note:** if you are on a paid plan, you must *also* request cancellation of that plan.
